Equipment that aims high
For green roofing we use large-volume tipping silos with up to 60 m³ capacity. The substrate is applied to the roof via a powerful compressor and a hose up to 150 m long: heights up to the 7th floor, areas of up to 10,000 m², precise distribution of the material even with difficult geometry.
This not only makes work on site easier, it also ensures precise and time-saving execution, even on complex projects in urban areas.

Typical applications are flat roofs on residential, office and commercial buildings as well as parking decks. We check the structural and logistical conditions with you in advance.
Up to what height can you convey roof substrates?
The maximum possible conveying height depends on the equipment and the hose routing. In many projects, roofs several floors up (as high as the 7th floor) are already served reliably; the exact limit is assessed case by case.
What are the advantages of silo delivery compared with big bags or palletised goods?
Delivery by silo with pneumatic conveying is often faster, cleaner and takes up less space. Material is blown in exactly where it is processed, and packaging waste is largely avoided.
How far in advance does a green roofing delivery need to be planned?
Ideally we agree the date and the construction site schedule a few days to weeks in advance, particularly for large volumes or tight time windows.
